How can I make my firewall lets me connect to Nintendo Wi-Fi with my USB?
I recently bought a Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector use with my Wii, but when you try a test connection on my Wii, comes with an error message "Error Code: 51,340. Unable to connect to the Internet. Select the configuration Internet, and confirm your choice. I use Zone Alarm firewall and Wi-Fi has a program that is installed with the connector to access the network. When I disable the firewall, it works perfectly! Obviously, this is not ideal, using the Internet without a firewall is simply ridiculous. What do I connect my firewall to allow my program? By Please help! (In answer the question below) Windows Firewall is turned off (it's rubbish anyway), but thanks.
It's just a thought but is that Windows firewall thats blocking? It comes with the computer right? Go to Start, Control Panel, Security Center, Windows Firewall, then click the exceptions. Or on your Internet connection in Network Connections, click Properties, then under the tab "Advanced" check boxes on shared Internet. This worked for my friend
