I Seal the bag in a bottle, but im worried that evaporates when I add the cider Everclear hot. What temperature evaporates? When should I add the Everclear?
Do not add the alcohol until it cools to room temperature 1. Gallon apple cider 1 tablespoon apple juice fourth 7 cinnamon sticks 2 cups boiling sugar until sugar dissolves. Turn off heat let stand at room temperature until then add 1 point of Everclear. Serve chilled 1 pint is approximately 5% alcohol 1 quarts I add 10%
